✧ Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom pieces (such as our personalized shield necklaces) take 2–5 business days to make before shipping.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 within the UK and UPS or equivalent trackable services for international orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Shipping to European Union countries is not yet available due to customs and import regulations — we hope to add more regions soon.
Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
- UK orders: No customs fees apply.
- US orders: Orders under $800 typically enter the country without customs charges, but we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
- EU: We are not currently shipping to the EU due to customs complexities.
✧ Jewelry Care
Will my silver jewelry tarnish over time?
Yes—silver naturally reacts with air and moisture, developing a patina. This is normal and can be easily cleaned. Visit our Jewelry Care Guide for detailed advice.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or sea?
To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes and lotions.

Can I request a custom design?
At the moment, we do not accept bespoke commissions. However, select designs—like our Coat of Arms shields—can be personalized with initials.
How do I add personalization to my order?
You can enter your preferred letter in the box on your cart.

Is your packaging gift-ready?
Yes. All orders arrive beautifully packaged in our signature black-and-white boxes—ready to gift or treasure.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Leave your message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note for your recipient.
✧ Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
